Flights for the international mission team is undoubtedly a source of major expense for Manny.  Since all the team members donate their time and expertise, Manny pays for their international and in-country flights, as well as their accommodations, food and ground travel during the mission.

Donations can be mailed directly to Manny’s Caring Hands to support our international mission efforts.  MCH is a designated 501(c)(3) organization, and your contributions are tax deductible.

We are currently trying to work out the mechanics for individuals to donate frequent flyer miles, eventually (and hopefully) online.  Many of the major (and some of the minor) airlines have established accounts for specific charities to receive donated miles.  Unfortunately, MCH is not a “name” charity, i.e. not sufficiently large for most airlines to expend the effort of establishing and maintaining a separate account.

Until the time we get this all figured out and can establish MCH accounts with the major airline alliances, individual may donate frequent flyer miles by pledging miles.  During the flight reservation process we will contact you, if your miles are with an airline in the same alliance as our reservations.  You can then work with our travel agency and your frequent flyer program points of contact, to credit your valuable miles to our travel requirements.
