Manny, supported by his many volunteers, partners and sponsors, completed his 5th mission to India (see “International” and “Partners” pages) on 18 January 2006.  As those who have participated in these missions learn very quickly, the work we do results in nearly instant gratification, as seen in the faces and kind words expressed by the children and caregivers we are able to help.   We wish that everyone associated with Manny’s Caring Hands could join us in these missions and directly experience the joy at being able to serve in this manner; unfortunately, most have to experience it secondhand and we certainly honor and thank everyone who helps, regardless of the extent of their participation.
